1. Nature of Services

Orvix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides B2B software development, API integration, and technology licensing for financial institutions and brokerages. We build the infrastructure that powers modern trading.

None of the information, software, algorithms, or services provided by Orvix Technologies constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not guarantee profitability or specific financial outcomes from the use of our software.

2. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, APIs, website content, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Orvix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Subject to any separate written agreements, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services. You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software or APIs.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or sell access to our Services without explicit written consent.

3. API Usage and Acceptable Use

If you are granted access to our REST APIs or algorithmic engines, you agree to use them strictly in accordance with the provided documentation and within reasonable rate limits. 4. Limitation of Liability and Trading Risks

Financial markets are highly volatile. The use of trading software and algorithmic execution involves significant risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • No Liability for Trading Losses: Orvix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or lost data resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
  • System Latency and Outages: While we strive for maximum reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by exchange outages, network latency, software bugs, or infrastructure failures.

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orvix Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
